Balochi Karahi

It's Ramadan so first of all Ramadan Mubarik to everyone and secondly A BIG THANK YOU from me to all the mothers, sisters, daughters and wives who constantly prepare Iftaars and Sehris for everyone. The men in your life should be VERY thankful for you and if they are not kill them please.

Now people are asking me for quick and healthy chicken recipes, I will try my best to bring them out but for now let me tell you make a quick unhealthy chicken recipe called Balochi Karahi.

It is so easy to make that a 2 year old can make it (I AM JOKING I HOPE NO 2 YEAR OLDS ARE OFFENDED) and you can get done with this in about 15-20 minutes.

So take out your pencil and papers or open the notepad or Microsoft Word or anything to write down the ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 whole medium or small chicken

1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

1 tablespoon roasted cumin

3 lemon's juice

200 grams butter

500 grams chopped tomatoes

quarter a bunch chopped coriander

Salt per taste

1 tablespoon karahi masala

1 teaspoon black pepper

AGAIN!!! It is very simple to make and takes only 15 to 20 mins. The same time some of you take to lose your integrity.

Wash the chicken. Add salt, ginger garlic paste and cook until the water dries. Low heat or high its up to you.

After the water is dried from the karahi add chopped tomatoes and AGAIN cook until the tomatoes are tender and their water dries.

Now when the water dries add all the remaining ingredients. 3 lemon's juice, butter, roasted cumin, karahi masala and pepper.

Slice 4 green chilies and ad up to spice, cook it till you can see the butter and the thick gravy separately.

Sprinkle chopped coriander on top and your very own Balochi Karahi is ready to eat with all sorts of rotis and naan.

THIS WAS QUICK. All you ladies preparing Iftaar and Sehri should definitely save some time by making this and REST UP PLEASE. WE NEED YOU. Balochi Karahi ladies and gentlemen.
