Proudly presenting, YES PROUDLY BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST RUINED THANKS TO AN UNUSUALLY WRITTEN RECIPE .... okay okay I'm calm. Grilled Salmon Burgers w/ Sour Cream Dill Sauce. Its time I teach you all how to make it and break it and then make it right.

You need:

Salmon 1.5 pounds

Mustard 1 teaspoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

Pepper 1 teaspoon

One slice bread soaked in milk

Freshly chopped dill

Here is where I made a mistake by trusting the online recipe and not using my instincts. I added milk.

Milk was not suppose to be a part of this recipe so I somehow evaporated the milk later without the fish being cooked, anyway. (sad face)

You mix all the ingredients in the chopper and press the red button. As you can see, milk ruined the mix.

So I used my KITCHEN INSTINCTS and made these patties by making the milk evaporate out of this by the help of an oven.

Now we refrigerate these for an hour meanwhile we make Sour Cream Dill Sauce.

You need:

1 cup cream

2 teaspoon chopped dill

2 tablespoon lemon juice

3/4 cup of mayo

2 tablespoon spring onion

1 teaspoon salt

Whisk all these ingredients in a bowl to make the cream. IT'S DELICIOUS.

Time to grill these beauties 3-5 minutes each side. I WANT BUNS HUN.

Set your burgers up like its something royal.

  1. Sounds great, are you sure the spring onions will get chopped by just whisking?
