Spicy Grilled Beef Thick Burger

Since my little brother who is not so little asked me to make him a burger today I thought why not make an addition in the recipe list.

So I planned to make a special spicy beef grilled burger with special ingredients.

You need:

Buns ... Obviously

500 grams of minced beef

Salt and pepper to taste

A medium onion

Half an egg

Half teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Half teaspoon paprika powder

Chop the onion and the mince beef in an electronic chopper.

When the meat is finely chopped with the onion mix rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

If you want to spice things up you can add red chilli flakes like me. The pattie mixture is done now.

I made 4 patties but my meat was 950 grams you can make 2 nice thick patties out of 500 grams. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes.

Now its time to grill the pattie. 8-10 minutes each side on a pre-heated grill pan(medium low heat) with olive oil brushed on it.

After your patties are grilled its time to set up your burger.

I used salad leaves, tomatoes, mustard, pepper sauce/spicy sauce(Nando's), cheese and jalapeƱos.

Your Thick Spicy Grilled Beef Burgers are ready. This looks better than my ex girlfriend's face.

This burger is nicely grilled as you can see here the thickness.

You need

400 grams of minced lamb

Half an onion

2 tbsp leaves of coriander

Embedded image permalink

1 tsp garlic paste
Salt & pepper as you like
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp all spices (garam masala)

Put every ingredient in a chopper, push the button and watch the effortless mixing in process.

Make two nice round patties and preheat the grill pan on medium low heat.

Remember when you make a beef/mutton/lamb pattie, press it in the middle because it poofs out. I know no one understands this.

Grill the patties on low heat for five minutes each side.

Prepare your burger as you like. This is how I prepared mine with sweet potato salad. Enjoy everyone.

Coat the chicken well and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare a simple coleslaw. Shred cabbage, add salt+pepper some cream and mix.

Grill the marinated chicken now on medium low heat on a grill pan. 4-5 minutes each side.

While the chicken is being grilled put a lil butter/olive oil on each side.

Prepare your buns now. I this sounds f'in hilarious but oh well. Start from mustard on the base and then the veggies.

From cucumber, to jalapeno and pickles you can put different veggies I juts kept it simple in a hurry.

I topped the grilled chicken with different Nando's sauces and cheese.

Slice it from the middle, put some coleslaw on your plate and you're good to go.
