Peshawari Mutton Karahi

If you still have some good old mutton left from the Eid. Please try this at home or tell your wife, sister or anyone and if you don't have anyone just cry but make this karahi because it is absolutely amazing.

It's Peshawari Mutton Karahi time. Karahis are easy anyone can make them unless you're a girl who complains a lot.

But seriously its easy and the ingredients are few. Total 3 or 4 steps ONLY. Not dance steps though.

Ingredients

You need 500 grams mutton

3 tomatoes halved

3 to 4 green chilies halved and de-seeded.

Coriander - finely chopped

Turmeric powder/Haldi 1 teaspoon

Namak HAZB E ZAIQAH

Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

Crushed red chilies 1 tablespoon

200 grams beaten yogurt

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon

Step 1 is to heat oil in whatever and add meat and ginger garlic paste. Fry the meat till color changes.

Jee haan yaha log apna rung badal lete hain yeh toh phir bhe gosht hai koi baat nahi.

Step 2 is to add your masalas and yogurt and mix it well for 15 mins. Sirf 15 mins ka sawal hai K

Step 3 after 15 minutes add halved tomatoes and green chillies. Dehaan se mirche lag jati hain aik dam.

Add a glass of water right after that and pray because I am making it for the first time.

Cook it till the tomatoes are softened and meat becomes tender. Matlab zindagi mein gosht ka bhe intezar kerna perta hai.

If you want the gosht to get tender quickly then you have to cover the lid for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

Chalo gall bhe jao gosht itna toh lerkia nahi intezar kervati.

Sure took its sweet time but its ready now everyone. Dishing out.

So finally after some good wait. Here it is. Peshawari Mutton Karahi. All bragging rights reserved.

Okay I will be all honest with you. Since I made this I have been requested at least 5 times to make it again and according to the people who were lucky enough to taste it, rank it among the best karahis ever so do try this and don't forget to COMMENT. SUST LOG!
