Ready for this weeks recipe? IT'S CHINESE WEEK and we're making Chicken Schezwan with Garlic Rice.
Both of these things are very easy to make and you will love each and every bit of it.
Ingredients:
500 grams boneless cube cut chicken
3 tablespoon soy sauce
A tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 cloves of garlic
3-4 red chillies
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 small onion chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil

Ingredients:

3 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon black pepper

Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, ginger garlic paste and black pepper. Keep it aside for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile the chicken is marinating prepare garlic rice very very easy. Boil rice upto almoat cooked. Soak and rinse.
Mince 10 garlic cloves and fry them in 1 tablespoon of oil.
After garlic turns brown add 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 teaspoon soy sauce, salt, pepper and green onions heads. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice and fry them for a minute add more green onions. Your rice are ready now put them aside.
Now back to the Schezwan sauce because the chicken should be done marinating by now.
Make a paste of chopped onion, red chillies, ketchup and 3 cloves of garlic.
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a nonstick pan finely chop the remaining 2 garlic cloves and fry them for a minute.
Don't let the garlic burn you vampires, add the paste and cook it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring.
After the paste is cooked for 10 mins add a teaspoon of salt and the marinated chicken cook for 10 mins again.
At this point its upto you that if you like you can add more ketchup or chillies. After 10 minutes Schezwan is ready.
Dish it out nicely, eat it with manners. Burp out in the open and fart with stealth. Chicken Schezwan is ready.
