Quick Hummus lesson everyone. All you bachelorettes grab your notebooks.
You need 1/4 cup (4 tablespoon) of Tahini sauce.
400gms of chickpeas preferably from a can.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper is optional
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
1/4 cup of lemon juice
3 tablespoon of water
Paprika for dressing
Put the tahini in a blender along side the lemon juice and blend for 2 mins.
After 2 minutes add salt, cumin powder, pepper (optional), minced garlic around 1 teaspoon and blend for another minute.
Spin it like you have never spin anything before.
Add chickpeas and water around 4 tablespoon. This part is the hard part. Blend until your desired thickness.
You can add more water but like only a couple of tablespoons just to get it blended properly. Don't thin it its a paste not stew.
Take it out in a bowl, drizzle some olive oil on it, sprinkle some paprika and there you go.
