I seriously need to stop making anymore french toast recipes before I ruin my small repute but I'm sorry my love for Peanut Butter is equal to a man's love fore their child.
YES this is another french toast recipe and YES this is not the last one but for now it is.
This time I decided to make a Peanut Butter one but someone lovely told me to add Bananas to it.
Thanks to Chris Rock, whenever I hear Bananas, it reminds me of his stand up comedy show where he is doing a Gwen Stefani parody in his own way "THE SHIT IS BANANAS, B-NA-NANAS-NANAS" which I know is not the right way she sang it but who cares.
This is Peanut Butter And Banana French Toast an d the recipe is very, very, and very simple.
Ingredients:
4 slices of sandwich bread
2-3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Splash of milk or 2 splashes of milk (splash is a funny word)
Creamy peanut butter
Icing sugar for topping
Bananas
Cut the sides of the bread if you want to. I do because I don't like bread sides or side hoes.
Apply peanut butter properly till the whole surface of all the slices is covered.
Top the bottom slice with banana slices.
Break the eggs in a bowl, add vanilla essence and a splash of milk.
Whisk it.
Heat 1-2 tablespoon of butter on a non-stick frying pan.
Dip the sandwich in the egg batter but don't let it soak too much.
Fry it on both sides on medium low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Peanut Butter And Banana French Toast is done.
